Shipping & Returns Policies
Thank you for shopping with us at O! How Cute. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase! All of the orders are processed within 48 hours of order submission Monday-Friday. All packages are shipped uninsured, therefore; we will not be held responsible if USPS loses your package. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly exchange your merchandise. Just send us the items that you would like to return/exchange along with a copy of your receipt to the address listed on your invoice. If the following criteria are not met, there will be no return/exchange and the merchandise will be sent back to you. ~POLICIES & PROCEDURES~
• Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or exchange ONLY.
• Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 10 days of invoice date.
• Final sale (no returns) on jewelry, shoes, handbags, under garments, accessories, and sale items.
• Shipping and handling on returned/exchanged merchandise is non-refundable.
• All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached to the merchandise.
• Your item(s) was inspected upon shipping and is considered to be in perfect condition. Should any item be returned in any other condition, an exchange will not be issued.
• Once the merchandise is returned/received, store credit or exchange will be issued.
